Approximate Delivery Times to major Canadian Cities:
2-5 business days - Ottawa, Toronto, Kitchener, London, Montreal
4-7 business days Halifax, Saint John, Regina, Saskatoon
5-8 business days Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver
6-9 business days St. John's, Victoria
We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours of order placement. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday cannot be processed until the next regular business day. Mrs. Tiggy Winkle's is not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be rerouted or returned to Mrs. Tiggy Winkle's as undeliverable. You will receive an email alerting you. The billing party is also responsible for any additional shipping fees. Delivery may be from the original estimated date. Please allow extra delivery days for additional distances from major city centres above. Shipping via Express within Canada typically reduces above delivery estimates by half. Mrs. Tiggy Winkle's cannot guarantee package arrival dates and is not responsible for lost and stolen packages, but we will be more than happy to assist you. Shipping to U.S. Destinations:
Please note, due to unpredictable times at the Canada/US border, Mrs. Tiggy Winkle's cannot guarantee an arrival time for any packages leaving Canada. Delivery times to the U.S. can take 7-16 business days to major U.S. cities. Additional delivery days may be required for distances beyond major city centres.
Heavy, Bulky or Oversized Products
Fun comes in all shapes and sizes! There a few items Mrs. Tiggy Winkle's ships that are unusually large, heavy or awkwardly shaped. Due to policies of shipping companies, these items sometimes incur an additional "Oversize Fee" In order to offer these items, it is necessary to share this additional cost with our customers. If an item you have added to your cart has such a fee, you will see this additional charge on your invoice total. Please note, all oversize items are clearly marked in the item description.
Please be aware, any and all shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return and/or exchange.
Although we do not currently ship outside Canada and the U.S., we do accept orders from around the globe when the shipment's delivery destination is within Canada or the U.S. Note: Mrs. Tiggy Winkle's is not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves Canada. Postal services vary from country to country, so we cannot predict when your package will arrive.
Out of Stock Items
Please email email@example.com to confirm stock levels. Thanks to our loyal Ottawa, Ontario customers, many great things leave our stores on an hourly basis. An item may be out of stock even though it is not stated on the website. Than you for understanding our stock levels change very quickly! If you place an order that contains an out-of-stock item, it is our policy to ship the in-stock items immediately, then ship the back ordered items as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. Our customer Service team will notify you via email immediately if this occurs.
Not finding the item you're looking for? We carry so many great items that one of the hardest parts is deciding what to offer online and what to offer in store only. But we are always happy to accommodate, so if you are need an item that does not appear online, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and if we have it, we will be happy to arrange adding any items to your order.
All returns and/or exchanges require prior approval by Mrs. Tiggy Winkles. Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to sender.
If there is a manufacturer's defect in the item you are returning, you will receive a replacement or full credit for your purchase. Contact email@example.com to process a pick-up of your defective item.
Damaged in Shipping:
Mrs. Tiggy Winkle's takes full responsibility for any damages which may occur in shipping. We must be notified within 14 days if your package arrives damaged in shipping. Please retain original shipping box. Send images and email firstname.lastname@example.org to process a pick-up of your damaged item.
Please package returns with care! Return items in a sturdy box with plenty of packaging.
Important Note: Customers may also return items to any Mrs. Tiggy Winkle’s store! Please bring your order confirmation, packing slip or invoice so staff can most effectively facilitate your return. A refund may be applied to the original form of payment only. If no proof of purchase is present, we can offer store credit only.
In order for us to process any return/exchange the most efficiently, please send email@example.com an email to receive a Return Authorization number.
Please include the following information in your email:
• Full Name
• Order Number
• Current mailing address (for any exchanges)
• Product(s) you are returning with quantities
• Reason for the return
Please note, Mrs. Tiggy Winkle’s does not reimburse any shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
